I am from out of town and was in Galesburg to babysit grandchildren. As I came out of the grocery store I discovered I had two flat tires on my Nissan Moreno. I had no idea what to do or where to go. Through the help of a kind stranger I was directed to your facility. Can I just say from the moment I walked in the response was AMAZING! Every person in the dealership went over and beyond in customer service. I was blown away. Not only was I taken care of with the repair of my tires. I was given a loaner to get my grandchildren from school due to a half day. Lori in the repair department was so kind reassuring me that I was going to be taken care of and everything would be ok. I can’t thank this dealership and everyone involved enough. I would highly recommend them as not only are Nissans great cars but the support staff is phenomenal!
